Katha is the most sensitive character I have played till date says Kiara Advani
Kiara Advani is all set for the release of her next film ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ which is hitting the cinemas on 29th June and the actress feels the character of Katha is the most sensitive character she has played till date.
The teaser, trailer and the songs of ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ are promising to bring back the golden days of Bollywood. The team of the film kickstarted the promotions today with the song launch ‘Sun Sajni’. Kartik Aryan, Kiara Advani along with the director Sameer Vidwans and the producers of the film were present at the launch.
Kiara Advani spoke about the character of Katha and said, “Katha is the most sensitive character I have played in my career till date. Karan, our writer has written it so beautifully. This film actually came to me before Covid and as I heard the story I felt it was so beautiful. But unfortunately because of the Pandemic, it could not be made then. Suddenly there was an announcement of a film with Kartik and Sajid Nadiadwala. I did not know it was about this film. Kartik and I were working on Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 then.
He told me he is doing a film which is very beautiful and then again this film came back into my life. It was in my destiny to play the role of Katha. “
Kartik and Kiara have earlier worked together on Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Sharing her experience of working with Kartik again, Kiara said, “I think we both have grown as actors from then to now, professionally and creatively. That was a different film . This film required a lot more to surrender to the characters. It is very rare that such a beautiful love story comes your way. I don’t think we both looked at each other as Kartik and Kiara. We both were so involved that we saw each other as Sattu and Katha. It was a magical experience. “
Film ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ has been directed by Sameer Vidwans. It also features Supriya Pathak, Gajraj Rao, Anuradha Patel, Rajpal Yadav. The film has been produced by Namah Pictures and Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The film will hit the cinemas on 29 June.
