The heatwave in Mumbai is causing a lot of trouble for the residents of this swift city and the number of cases for major diseases like Dengue and Malaria are ever increasing. Ammaa ki Boli actress Nikita Rawal has also come under the grasp of such symptoms and consequently been admitted to Kokila Ben Hospital.
High fever and symptoms very similar to Malaria forced doctors to keep her under observation at the hospital. Due to excessive dieting, Nikita’s weight loss and weakness did not help in fighting off the symptoms and made her feel even worse.
Nikita says,” It’s a very unsettling feeling to not be able to work and be confined to the hospital. As actors, we are always on the go and hardly ever stay home even when we are sick but as my symptoms were getting serious, my doctors advised me to take bed rest. I can only ask everyone to pray for my speedy recovery. I thank all my staff and everyone at the hospital for taking such good care of me and making me feel really blessed.”
Currently, Nikita is preparing for her upcoming Tamil movie starring Vijay Kumar Shetty. She will be seen playing the role of a corporate business girl. The film will be shot in various locations in India and Bali, Indonesia.
