Based on India’s well-known home cook Tarla Dalal, starring Huma Qureshi and Sharib Hashmi, the movie Tarla has released today on Zee 5, and the leading duo of the film stepped out in style to promote the film with Dabbawala.
Dressed in a pink outfit, Huma Qureshi posed with Dabbawala group in Mumbai to promote Tarla. She even put on the Topi and carried a big tiffin in her hand. While, Sharib opted for a green-shirt and enjoyed posing and interacting with Dabbawala.
Huma and Sharib also enjoyed a lunch with Dabbawala.
Tarla is a captivating biopic that chronicles the extraordinary life of home-cook Tarla Dalal, played by Huma Qureshi, as she rises from humble beginnings to become a renowned Indian chef and celebrated cookbook writer.
The film chronicles her unwavering determination and ambition, as she conquers the culinary world, leaving a flavourful legacy for generations to come.
The film has been directed by Piyush Gupta and produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and Nitesh Tiwari. The film also stars Bharati Achrekar, Amarjeet Singh, Rajeev Pandey, Purnendu Bhattacharya and Veenah Naair.
Post Tarla, actor Huma Qureshi has lined-up Pooja Meri Jaan for release, the film also stars Mrunal Thakur, Vikram Singh Chauhan and Vijay Raaz. Helmed by Navjot Gulati, the thriller is about a girl named Pooja being stalked by an unidentified man.
